  How do I use the GEVA-Sco form defined by default in PRONOTE?

The GEVA-sco is an essential tool for all young people attending school when their disability requires one or more compensatory measures, such as adaptations, teaching accommodations, adapted teaching materials, etc.

A survey template entitled GEVA-sco Vierge is proposed by default in the display Communication > Info/surveys >  Information & surveys.

You can share this survey template with the teachers or staff concerned like all the other survey templates and/or print it.

You can also publish the survey for the educational team surrounding the concerned student; the template can be used as many times as necessary. In this case, don't forget to rename the title of the survey with the student's name, to clearly differentiate each GEVA-Sco.
