  • Can I force the system to receive messages while I'm offline so I can read an important message?

While the right to disconnect feature is activated, you must wait until the end of the specified period to recover your messages. To bypass this restriction, you can, however, force the reception of the message(s). Follow these steps:

  1. Go to the display Communication > Discussions > Discussions.
  2. Click on Recover unreceived messages.
  3. If any messages are recovered, they will be displayed in the folder In progress.
