How can I recover SMS templates from last year?
- Go to the menu Imports/Exports > PRONOTE > Recover the data from a PRONOTE base.
- Dans la fenêtre de l'explorateur, désignez la base contenant les modèles de SMS à récupérer.
- In the pop-up window, tick Communications > SMS templates. and validate: you switch to Exclusive Use mode while the import is in progress.
