  • Connect for the first time from a phone via the address given by the institution

 
The PRONOTE Teachers Webspace is a web space accessible from a computer or mobile application to be installed on one's phone or tablet. The PRONOTE application is available on the main stores (Android, iPhone).

To log in via the website address, you must have the following elements provided by the institution by mail or e-mail:
  • the login address,
  • your username (often created from your surname),
  • your password. If you have already logged into your Teachers Webspace via the Web interface, use the personalized password provided when you first log in.

Step No. 1: Download the mobile application

  1. From Google Play or the App Store, enter PRONOTE in the search field.
  2. Download and install the application with the icon , edited by Index Education.
  3. Once the mobile application is open, the window Privacy statement is displayed. Click on the link of the General terms and conditions of use to read them.
  4. Then return to the PRONOTE application. Accept the general terms of use and click on Activate the services.



Step No. 2: Configure your account

  1. Click on the button at the bottom right.
  2. In the window Add an account, click on With the URL of PRONOTE.



  3. Enter the site address provided by the institution, then click on the button .

    RNE must be replaced by the identification number of your institution (code composed of 7 digits followed by a letter).



  4. Click on Teachers Webspace.



  5. Enter your username and password, then click on the button Validate.



  6. The account name is displayed. Click on it.



  7. A message appears suggesting that you automatically log in to this account during future logins. We advise you to choose Yes.
  8. If this is your first time logging in to your Webspace, the password customization window will appear. Enter your personalized password in accordance with the institution's password composition rules and re-enter to confirm. Click on the button Validate.



  9. You will then be taken to the homepage of your Webspace.



  10. You then access the homepage of your Webspace.
