Modify your PIN code

  1. Click on the button .
  2. Go to My data > Account.
  3. Click on Protecting the account.
  4. In the rubric Strengthened security, click on the button Modify my PIN code.
  5. In the pop-up window, use the numeric keypad to enter your current PIN code, then click on the button Validate.



  6. Enter a new PIN code and confirm it.



Recover your PIN code

In case of forgetting the PIN code, you can reset it yourself without having to ask the administrator. However, the recovery of the PIN code is subject to authorization. If it proves impossible, contact the PRONOTE administrator of your institution to have this right granted to you.
You must also have provided a valid e-mail address.
  1. In the PIN code entry window, click on the button Reset my PIN code.



  2. A window indicates that a reset code has been sent to you by e-mail. Click on Close.



  3. After having read the e-mail Resetting code for your PIN code in your mailbox, use the numeric keypad to enter the received 6-digit code.



  4. When the reset code is entered, then set the new PIN code: use the numeric keypad to enter and confirm the code.



  5. To avoid having to enter the PIN code the following times and thus avoiding any oversight, register your device, then click on the button Validate.
