  • A message indicates that the transfer to the platform is impossible. What should be done?

If a message indicates that the surname or first name of the connected person is missing: it's probably because you are logged in as the SPR, without first and last name. If so, go to File > User administration and fill in a first name and surname for the SPR and then renew the transfer operation from the election process.
