  • Electronic signature, step 3: Send the document to be signed

Once your templates are finalized, you can proceed with sending them to the different signatories.
  1. Go to the display concerned (depending on the category defined for the template). For example, to send the internship agreements, go to the display Internships > Trainees > List.
  2. Click on the button in the tool bar.
  3. In the dispatch window, select Electronic signature as Type of output.
  4. Select the template made eligible for signature, then click on the button Preview before sending.



  5. The window that appears allows you to check if the document is complete or not:
    • If everything is filled in, the column Document status indicates Ready to send.
    • If any items are missing, Incomplete appears. To take note of the blocking elements (red symbols), hover your cursor over the symbols to be informed of the point(s) to correct/complete in order to transmit the document to be signed.
    • The orange symbols indicate unfilled elements, but not blocking ones. This does not prevent the sending of the document.



  6. Once all the necessary elements have been filled in, the documents are ticked and ready to be sent.
  7. Click on the button Send the documents that are ticked (X).
  8. In the confirmation window, click on Yes.



  9. A new window informs you when the documents have been transmitted. Click on the button Close.
