I no longer remember my password. What should I do?
The resetting of a forgotten password is subject to authorization. The link Recover your username and password appears on the login window. You must also have provided a valid e-mail address.
If the reset is not possible (the link Recover your username and password does not appear), contact the institution's PRONOTE administrator to ask them to generate a new password.

- In the login window, click on the link Recover your username and password.
- In the pop-up window, in step 1, enter your e-mail address and then click on the button
.
- A message tells you that a security code has been sent to you. Click on the button Close.
- After having read the e-mail PRONOTE - recovery of the login details in your mailbox, copy and paste the security key composed of 4 strings of 4 characters into the field of step 2, then click on the button .
- The fields to set your new password are now accessible. Enter your password, then confirm it. Click on the button
.
- Your new password is then taken into account. Click on the button Close.
