How do I delete an incident/punishment/sanction motive?
To delete a mtive, select it from the list, right-click > Delete, then click on Yes in the pop-up window. You can also click the button 
located at the top right of the list.
Motives that have already been allocated to an incident, punishment or a sanction cannot be deleted. The command right-click > Delete the unused data allows you to quickly delete all motives that can be deleted.
To quickly identify any penalties or sanctions that prevent a motive from being deleted, go to the display Discipline > Summaries per student > 
Summary of the punishments and sanctions, select the period Full year, then filter the motives to display. You can also perform a similar process to identify the blocking incidents.
