  • Can the staff give punishments or enter sanctions?

Staff members who connect in Administrative mode can give punishments or sanctions. Staff members who connect in Student Administration mode can only give punishments. In both cases, you must configure the corresponding authorizations. Administrative mode authorizations can only be configured from an SPR or superadministrator account.

Authorize staff in Administrative mode to issue punishments/sanctions

  1. Go to the menu File > User administration.
  2. In the list on the left, select the concerned group: the list of authorizations will be displayed on the right.



  3. In the tab PRONOTE, click on the rubric Discipline and tick Access the punishments > Enter and Access the sanctions > Enter.



Authorize staff in the Student Administration mode to give punishments

  1. Go to the display Resources > Staff > Authorization profiles.
  2. Select the concerned profile from the list on the left: the list of authorizations appears on the right.
  3. In the category Discipline, tick Access the punishments > Enter.



  4. Click on the button and specify the types of punishments that users are allowed to impose.
