Remplacer un professeur
If a replacement proposal has been sent to you, it will be displayed on your homepage, in the widget Replacement proposal. You can accept or decline the proposal directly from the homepage or by opening the dedicated display.
From the homepage
- Go to your homepage: the widget Replacement proposals displays the replacements proposed for the next twenty-eight days.
- Tick the box Yes to accept or the box No to refuse the replacement proposal; if you change your mind, untick the box: your modification is instantly taken into account.
From the display Replacements
- Go to the display Resources > Teachers > Replacements.
- Select a period from the drop-down menu on the right of the screen, or use the week slider.
- Unfold the rubric Replacements to be filled.
- In the column Action, click the button Yes to accept, or the button No to refuse.
