Volunteering for replacements
If your institution records short-term absences, you can volunteer even before a replacement proposal is sent to you.
- Go to the display Resources > Teachers >
Replacements. - Select a period from the drop-down menu on the right of the screen, or use the week slider.
- Unfold the rubric Replacements to be filled.
- Click on the button Volunteer.
You are not automatically assigned a substitute position just because you volunteer; the final decision on who gets the position rests with the Principal.
