If your institution records short-term absences, you can volunteer even before a replacement proposal is sent to you.

Go to the display Resources > Teachers > Replacements.
Select a period from the drop-down menu on the right of the screen, or use the week slider.
Unfold the rubric Replacements to be filled.
Click on the button Volunteer.

You will not automatically be assigned a replacement if you volunteer; the Principal will make the final decision.
