Answering a meeting request
A guardian can send you a meeting request from his or her Parents Webspace. You can refuse the request, or accept it in principle by indicating your availability. The guardian then confirms the meeting by clicking on the time slot of his/her choice.
Consult the list of meeting requests
- Go to the display Communication > Meetings >
Manage my meetings.
- In the left-hand column, select Simple meeting > Guardians.
- Meeting requests to be processed appear in the list in red.
Accept a meeting request
- Go to the display Communication > Meetings >
Manage my meetings.
- In the left-hand column, select Simple meeting > Guardians.
- Select the meeting, then click on the button Accept meeting.
- In the pop-up window, click on the button to add slots.
- Click on Validate: the request is converted to the status Proposed.
- The guardian validates one or more of the proposed slots: the request is converted to the status Scheduled, the chosen slot is displayed in the column Slot(s) and the meeting is added to your agenda.
Refuse a meeting request
- Go to the display Communication > Meetings >
Manage my meetings.
- In the left-hand column, select Simple meeting > Guardians.
- Select the meeting, then click on the button Refuse meeting.
- In the pop-up window, enter a reason for the refusal, then click on Validate.
- The request is converted to the status Refused; to remove the meeting from your display, click on Delete.
Don't delete the appointment request immediately: by deleting it from your interface, you also delete it from the guardian's interface. The guardian will then be unable to see the reason for your refusal.
