Can I change the category of an SMS template?
You cannot change the category of by default templates (shaded line).
To change the category of a template you've created:
- Go to the display Communication > SMS >
Templates. - Double-click in the column Category and choose another category in the pop-up window.
If variables are not available for the new category, they will be removed from the template.
