Send a SMS
To send SMS from PRONOTE, your institution must have subscribed to this service, and you must have the corresponding authorization in your profile.
- Go to a display that has a list of resources, then select the recipients.
- Click on the button
in the toolbar: a window Editing and sending of SMS appears. - Select an SMS template from the list on the left and modify it if necessary, or create a new SMS template by clicking on the corresponding command. To insert variables, click on the button Insert.
- Click on Send, or on Save and send if you want to keep the changes you've made to the SMS template.
The telephone number displayed on the recipient's phone cannot be modified and depends on the operator. If you want users to be able to call back the establishment, insert the number in the body of the SMS.
