  I can't print, the print button is grayed out...

If you're trying out the software with the trial version, that's perfectly normal: with this version, all functions are available for 8 weeks, with the exception of printing and exports.

If your institution has already acquired a non-hosted license from Index Education (license registration is automatic with the hosted version), please verify that your license has been registered: if not, you will not be able to print documents.

If your situation does not correspond to those listed above, it may simply be that the data cannot be printed from this display.
