How do I recover templates from the previous year?
- Go to the display Communication > Mail and documents >
Templates. - Click on the button Recover the templates.

In your browser window, select the *.COU file containing the templates.
By default, standard letters are stored in the folder C:\ProgramData\IndexEducation\EDT\SERVEUR\VERSION 2020-0\FR\Serveurs\Numéro-du-serveur\Courrier. If the folder ProgramData is inaccessible, search your PC for the menu Start > Control Panel > Appearance & Personalization > Folder options > Display and tick the option Display hidden files, folders and drives.
