  • How to add a signature to an e-mail?

  1. In the e-mail dispatching window, click on the button located to the right of the drop-down menu Signature.



  2. In the pop-up window, click on Create a new e-mail signature, enter a designation, then validate with the key Enter.



  3. Select the signature; in the text editor on the right, enter and format the e-mail signature.



  4.  To add an image, position your cursor on the wanted location in the entry zone, click on the button then load the image saved on your workstation.



  5. The image is added directly to your signature (you can modify its size if necessary).





    If you wish to make this signature available to other users, double-click in the column Shared. The column Default, indicates the signature selected by default in the drop-down menu.
