Consult a document deposited in your digital locker
- Go to the display Communication > Digital locker >
Documents in the digital locker. - Click on the folder My digital locker: the list of documents in the digital locker appears on the right.
- To consult the document, double-click on it or right-click and select the option Consult: the document opens in the dedicated application (in Microsoft Word for a .docx, for example).
- Save the document from the dedicated application, or via the command right-click > Recover from the server.
When a new document is made available to you in the locker, you will receive a notification (butterfly icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen): click on it to go directly to the digital locker display. The list of unread documents also appears on your account's homepage, if you have activated the corresponding widget.
