How to add a signature to accompany the publication of a survey?
The defined signature is the same for discussions, information or surveys.
Creation of the signature
- Go to the menu My preferences > Communication > Messaging service.
- In the frame Signature, enter the elements that will constitute your signature. Click on the button
to possibly format them (adding a separating line, bold, italic, color, etc.). - Click on Close.
Insertion of the signature in the survey
- Go to the display Communication > Info/surveys >
Information and surveys. - In the survey publication window, insert a text field.
- Position the cursor, then click on the button Insert my signature. This is immediately visible in the body of the survey.
