How can I recover my surveys from one year to the next?
Only survey templates can be retained from one year to the next. To keep surveys that have been distributed during the year, convert them into survey templates:
- Go to the display Communication > Info/surveys >
Information and surveys. - In the folder Distributed, select all the surveys to be converted, right-click and select Create a template.
- All surveys have been copied in the folder Survey templates; select them again, right-click and then click on Safeguard the selected survey templates in a file.
To recover the surveys in this folder the following year, go to the same display, folder Survey templates, click on the button Import then select the .zip file generated the previous year.
