How do I share a survey template?
Survey templates can be shared with other users at your institution; they can also be shared with other institutions, once saved as a .zip file.
Share a survey with other users in the institution
- Go to the display Communication > Info/surveys >
Information and surveys. - Click on the folder Survey templates: the list of survey templates appears on the right-hand side of the screen.
- Double-click in the column
to share the template.
Share a survey with other institutions
- Go to the display Communication > Info/surveys > Information and surveys
- Click on the folder Survey templates: the list of survey templates appears on the right-hand side of the screen.
- Select the template, right-click and select the option Safeguard the selected survey templates in a file: a save window appears.
- Choose the file location, then click on the button Select a folder: a file named by default Modeles_Sondages_* with a .zip extension is added to the selected folder.
