How to recover my information from one year to the next?
Only information templates can be retained from one year to the next. To retain information distributed during the year, convert it to information templates:
- Go to the display Communication > Info/surveys >
Information and surveys. - In the folder Distributed, select all the information to be converted, right-click and select Create a template.
- All information has been copied in the folder Information templates; select them again, right-click and click on Safeguard the selected information templates in a file.
To recover information from this folder the following year, go to the same display, folder Information templates, click on the button Import then select the .zip file generated the previous year.
