How do I add a signature to discussions?
The defined signature is the same for discussions, information, or surveys.
Creating the signature
- Go to the menu My preferences > Communication > Messaging service.
- In the frame Signature, enter the elements that will make up your signature. Click on the button
to format them if necessary (add a separator line, bold, italics, color, etc.). - Click on Close.
Inserting the signature into the message
- Go to the display Communication > Discussions >
Discussions. - In the message window, position the cursor, then click the button Insert my signature. Your signature will immediately appear in the body of the message.
