  • How do I add a signature to discussions?

The defined signature is the same for discussions, information, or surveys.

Creating the signature

  1. Go to the menu My preferences > Communication > Messaging service.
  2. In the frame Signature, enter the elements that will make up your signature. Click on the button to format them if necessary (add a separator line, bold, italics, color, etc.).



  3. Click on Close.

Inserting the signature into the message

  1. Go to the display Communication > Discussions > Discussions.
  2. In the message window, position the cursor, then click the button Insert my signature. Your signature will immediately appear in the body of the message.
