How to archive this year's messages so they can be recovered next year?
To keep a discussion from one year to the next, you must archive it before the end of the academic year. Only archived discussions can be re-imported into the new database at the start of the next academic year.
- Go to the display Communication > Discussions >
Discussions. - Select the discussion, then click on the button Archive.
- The archived discussion is stored in the folder Archives, in the pane on the left of the screen.
To recover discussions archived in the following year's database, go to Imports/Exports > PRONOTE > Recover my archived discussions from a previous year, select the concerned year in the pop-up window, then click on Validate.
