How can I recover appraisals from the entry assistant from one year to the next?
Appraisals created by the institution are recovered by the administrator. If you have added your own appraisals, you must save them at the end of the year to recover them at the start of the next academic year.
Safeguard the appraisals from the entry assistant at the end of the year
- Go to the menu Imports/Exports > PRONOTE > Safeguard my MCQ, progressions and appraisals in a file.
- On your computer, select a location and click on Save.
Re-import appraisals from the entry assistant at the start of the new academic year
- Go to the menu Imports/Exports > PRONOTE > Recover my MCQ, progressions and appraisals.
- Designate the file generated at the end of the year, then click on Open.
- In the pop-up window, tick Bulletin > Entry assistant appraisals, then click on Validate.
