How to indicate that an average is unrepresentative
You can indicate that an average is non-representative if the corresponding option has been activated by the administrator.
- Go to one of the following displays:
- Grades > Entry of grades >
Entry,
- Bulletins > Entry of the appraisals >
Entry of teachers' appraisals per subject.
- Grades > Entry of grades >
- Select a class, then a service.
- Select a period from the drop-down menu.
- Double-click in the column N.R. then click on Yes in the pop-up window: a label N.R. is displayed in the column.
NR is displayed on the bulletin and eventually on the gradebook. Students and their guardians can view it in their Webspaces. Non-representative averages are not sent to the Parcoursup and LSL national applications. Once the average has become representative (following, for example, replacement evaluations organized by the institution), the NR mention should be removed.
