  How do you evaluate Cycle 4 students with Cycle 2 or 3 competencies (ULIS, SEGPA, UPE2A)?

For coordinating teachers to be able to evaluate their students using cycle 2 or 3 competencies, the classes concerned must have been assigned to these cycles by the administrator in the display Competencies > Reference frames >  Reference frames per domain (or  Reference frames per subject).

If this configuration has been made, you can then select these cycles from the drop-down menu when creating an evaluation:
