I often add comments to my students' papers. Can I do the same in PRONOTE?
Yes! You can enter comments alongside the grades you've entered. These comments are visible to both students and their guardians.
Create a test with comments
- Go to the display Grades > Entry of grades >
Entry. - Click on Create a test; in the pop-up window, tick Activate the entry of remarks on the grades (published for Parents/Students).
- Finalize the configuration of the test, then click on Create.
Add comments to a test
- Go to the display Grades > Entry of grades > Entry.
- Click on the button
at the top of the grade's column. - In the pop-up window, enter your comments, then click on Close.
- A bubble icon appears next to the grades of students for whom you have entered a comment.
To modify the comment, click again at the top of the column; if you had not ticked the option Activate the entry of remarks on the grades (published for Parents/Students) when you created the test, you can do so later by clicking on the test date at the very top of the column.
