Share a MCQ in the institution's library
You and your colleagues can make your MCQ available to build a library of reusable MCQ. Depositing a MCQ in the institution's library encourages sharing with other teachers.
Deposit a MCQ in the library
- Go to Pedagogical tools > MCQ > Institution's library.
- On the MCQ line, double-click in the column
" Report presence in the institution's library to share with other teachers ". The presence of the three-book icon indicates that your MCQ is available in the MCQ library.
Your MCQ cannot be modified by other teachers, but they can copy it and rework it.
If you want to work on the same MCQ with several other people, and have one teacher's modifications visible to all, you need to create a collaborative MCQ.
Recover a MCQ from the library
- Go to Pedagogical tools > MCQ > Institution's library.
- Select a MCQ, right-click and choose Copy in "My MCQ".
You can also recover just one question: select a QCM; on the right, select a question, right-click and choose Copy the questions in "My QCM"; in the pop-up window, select the QCM in which the question will be integrated.
