  • Safeguard your MCQ from one year to the next

To reuse your MCQ from one year to the next, remember to safeguard them at the end of the year, along with your other teaching resources (progressions and appraisals).

Export the current year's MCQ

  1. Go to the display MCQ > My MCQ >  Entry.
  2. Click on Imports/Exports > PRONOTE > Safeguard my MCQ, progressions and appraisals in a file.



  3. Save the generated .zip file on your computer.

Re-import previous year's MCQ

  1. Go to the display MCQ > My MCQ >  Entry.
  2. Click on Imports/Exports > PRONOTE > Recover my MCQ, progressions and appraisals from a safeguard.



  3. Select the .zip file generated last year, then click on Open.
  4. In the pop-up window, tick MCQ, then click on Validate.
