  I can't modify a MCQ after attaching it to a competence evaluation/graded assignment....

Assessments and assignments linked to a MCQ appear on a gray line below the MCQ, which itself appears on a colored line (orange by default). To modify the MCQ, you need to select this colored line (not the shaded line) and then double-click on the question concerned, on the right of the screen.
