  • Deposit a document in the digital lockers

 
Teachers, staff, and internship counselors each have a digital locker where they can receive and deposit documents.
  1. Click on the button Menu.
  2. Go to Communication > Digital locker.
  3. Click on Distribute to teachers/staff/internship counselors or on Distribute to guardians/students.
  4. Click on the button Diffuser un document located at the bottom of the screen.
  5. In the pop-up window, click on Add the document, then on Depuis mes documents From my documents or Depuis mon cloud From my cloud.
  6. Select the document to import, then click on Open (option From my documents) or on Share (option From my cloud). If necessary, you can also rename the file.
  7. Select the nature of the document.
  8. Optionally add a memo to accompany the document (visible by the recipients).



  9. Add recipients. By clicking on each category of recipients, a selection window appears: tick the recipients to add, then click on Validate.

    If you tick the option All, including newly created teachers/staff, you deposit the document in the locker of all staff or teachers listed in the base. If a new staff member/teacher is added during the year, the document is automatically added to their digital locker.

  10. If you have chosen the rubric Distribute to teachers/staff/internship counselors (see step 2) and that you want the document to be updated by the recipients (teachers or staff), tick the option Allow the recipient to modify the document.
  11. If you have chosen the rubric Distribute to guardians/students (see step 2), specify the publication dates.

    As part of a distribution to professors, staff or internship counselors, the document is instantly visible after validation.
  12. Click on Validate: the document is instantly made available to the persons concerned.
