Sign a document electronically
When it comes to signing an internship agreement, the company official or the internship counselor receives a notification on their mobile and Webspace and an e-mail informing them of the number of documents to sign. To access the document and affix your signature, simply click on the different links present.

Notification of the document to be signed
- From your Webspace, you receive a notification that invites you to sign.
- Just click on Access, then, you are redirected to the rubric Personal information > Documents > Documents to be signed.
- It is necessary to click on To be signed.
Important: if you are both a company official and an internship counselor, you must sign twice. After the first signature, return to your Webspace to sign for your second role. - A click on Next allows access to the signature platform.
Signing the document
- The signature platform opens in your browser. Click on the button Begin.
- Read the document carefully until the end to make accessible the bouton Begin the signature and click on it.
- In the window Summary, tick the general terms of use, then on Continue.
- Sign the document. It is possible to proceed in 3 ways:
- from the tab Drawing, click on the button Import an image, then designate the image of your signature in the format *.png or *.jpeg.
- from the tab Drawing, sign using your mouse. You can save this signature by clicking on Save as default signature.
n these two cases, if the result does not satisfy you, you can delete the imported or drawn signature by clicking on the bouton
. - from the tab Text, enter your first and last name.
- from the tab Drawing, click on the button Import an image, then designate the image of your signature in the format *.png or *.jpeg.
- Click on the button Sign which then becomes accessible.
- A window confirms the end of the process.
