Electronic signature – Step 4: Signing the document from the Webspaces
Signatories receive a notification in their Webspaces.
The signing process itself takes place on a secure third-party signing platform, opened in a browser. Signatories are redirected to this platform, where they can view the document. After reading it, they can begin the signing process.

Signature of the document by the teacher from their Webspace
From their Teachers Webspace, the teacher signs the document
Signature of the document by the student from their Webspace
From their Students Webspace, the student signs the document
Signature of the document by the company from their Webspace
From their Company Webspace, the internship counselor or company manager signs the document
If the Principal or their representative is a signatory to the document, they receive a notification on the Client when:
- a document, signed by all other parties and awaiting their signature, expires (1 month after the signature process begins);
- a document awaiting a mandatory signature(s) expires (1 month after the signature process begins);
- all required signatories have signed, and the document is ready to be finalized.
