Electronic signature Step 1: activate the service and assign rights to the users
For all the templates, it is now possible to define a signature circuit and recover the document signed by all parties. This service must be activated in the Client
in hosted mode by a superadministrator for it to be used. Caution, this service may incur additional costs.

- Go to the menu Parameters > Communication > Electronic signature.
- Tick Activate the service.
- A button Test the connection to the service allows you to verify that the service is operational.
Assign the rights to administrative users
- Go to the menu File > User administration > Utilization profiles.
- In the left menu, select the concerned user group and then select the category Communication. Tick:
- Configure and send documents for electronic signature: allows the user to create and edit a template and send it for signature.
- Digitally sign documents on behalf of the institution: allows the user to be selected as the signatory for the institution and finalize documents.
- In the category Workgroup, tick Access to Communication to allow the user to track documents sent for signature.
