  • Electronic signature Step 1: activate the service and assign rights to the users

 
For all the templates, it is now possible to define a signature circuit and recover the document signed by all parties. This service must be activated in the Client in hosted mode by a superadministrator for it to be used. Caution, this service may incur additional costs.

Activate the service

  1. Go to the menu Parameters > Communication > Electronic signature.
  2. Tick Activate the service.



  3. A button Test the connection to the service allows you to verify that the service is operational.

Assign the rights to administrative users

  1. Go to the menu File > User administration > Utilization profiles.
  2. In the left menu, select the concerned user group and then select the category Communication. Tick:
    • Configure and send documents for electronic signature: allows the user to create and edit a template and send it for signature.
    • Digitally sign documents on behalf of the institution: allows the user to be selected as the signatory for the institution and finalize documents.
     


  3. In the category Workgroup, tick Access to Communication to allow the user to track documents sent for signature.
