Fill in the periodic competence statement
You can enter an evaluation for all the competencies in the blocks that have been assigned to you. If a competence is not assessable in your discipline, leave the box blank.
Option No.1: Enter the global evaluation per class
This option allows you to fill in the competencies for an entire class at once.
- Go to the tab Competencies > Enter the evaluations per class.
- Select the class, the student and the period for which you want to enter an evaluation and the competence framework.
- To the right of the display, select a competence or item to be evaluated.

To the left of the display, click the button Enter for all to initialize the evaluation, then choose the evaluation level.
- Validate: the students then all have the same level of evaluation.
- If evaluations have already been entered and you want to keep them, tick Keep the evaluation levels already entered.
- If you want to delete all existing evaluations, click on Delete the evaluations.
- You can then modify the students' evaluation on a case-by-case basis if necessary, by clicking directly on their line. By ticking Automatically move to the next student, you make navigation easier.
The button See the details allows you to view the student's evaluation on the other items.
Option No.2: Individual entries for the evaluation
- Go to the tab Competencies > Competence evaluations.
- Select the class, the student and the period for which you want to enter an evaluation
- If you un-tick Only my evaluation, a column In-studies indicates the evaluations of all teachers authorized to evaluate a competence.
- Enter your evaluation in the column My evaluation, an appraisal by competence in the column Commentary and an appraisal for the block of competencies in the column Appraisals by block.
If your browser allows it, a button
is displayed in the fields Commentary and Periodic and overall appraisal, giving you the ability to record and transcribe a voice. When the button is red, the recording is in progress. If you pause, the button turns black again and recording stops.
As the pedagogical coordinator you may be allowed to enter an evaluation in a discipline that you do not teach. You also have the possibility to calculate the global positioning by competence if this option has been selected for the statement template.
