Managing curricula and modules in HYPERPLANNING
The module Curricula and modules allows you to easily transform your training brochure into courses and grading services in HYPERPLANNING, so your students can find their course description directly in HYPERPLANNING.
1st Step: Activate the module Curricula and modules
Go to the menu Parameters > Other modules > Curricula and modules, then tick the box Activate curricula and module management.
2nd Step: Transform the information in your training brochure into data that can be used by HYPERPLANNING
You can create your curricula and modules directly in HYPERPLANNING or import them from a spreadsheet.
3rd Step: Create your courses from curricula and modules
HYPERPLANNING allows you to create all the courses for a class based on its curriculum.
4th Step: Create the grading services from curricula and modules
When creating grading services, HYPERPLANNING suggests creating them from the class's curriculum. Course modules will correspond to grading modules, and a grading service will be created for each subject.
Grading services can be created from the class's curricula, even if the courses have not been created in this way, as long as the curriculum is associated with the class.
5th Step: Verify that the courses taken correspond to the planned curriculum
At any time of the year, you can compare planned courses and curriculum content. If authorized, students will have access to a subject-by-subject counter of the number of completed hours in relation to the number of hours scheduled in the curriculum.
