Why does HYPERPLANNING tell me that I have no data to import into my spreadsheet?

At the end of an import process from a spreadsheet, HYPERPLANNING may indicate that there is no data to import.

This situation occurs when another application uses the clipboard before you have finished your import. The information it contained has been replaced and is no longer available for HYPERPLANNING. Simply copy your data again and start the procedure again.
