How to administer the Service Web remotely?
In the Network version, you can operate the following applications Controller 
, Server 
, HYPERPLANNING.net 
, HYPERPLANNING.data 
or Service Web 
from another workstation than the one on which the application is installed. To do this, you use the corresponding remote administration application.

The remote administration applications can be found on the application download page, HYPERPLANNING > Téléchargements > Télécharger HYPERPLANNING.
- Look for the rubric HYPERPLANNING 2023 RÉSEAU | Pour les administrateurs.
- Download the application Administration du SERVICE WEB.
- Install it on the workstation from which you want to administer remotely.
Authorize remote administration from the application
- Go to the panel Administration à distance from the Service Web .
- Tick Authorize remote administration.
- Verify that the port is open and modify it if it is used by another application.
- Enter the address of the workstation on which the remote administration application is installed.
If you want to remotely administer from several workstations, the addresses of these workstations must all be authorized. If these addresses follow each other, leave ticked By block and choose the appropriate mask. If the addresses are not successive, tick By range and enter the concerned address ranges.
Configure the Remote Administration application
- From the Remote Administration application, go to the panel List of servers.
- Enter a name for the server.
- Enter the IP address and port number that appears in the panel Publication parameters of the application.
