To be turned into an oral exam session, a course must have only one class meeting. If necessary, create a new one in the grid.

Select the course in the grid, right-click and choose Oral exam > Transform into oral exam.
In the pop-up window, enter the duration of an oral exam as well a student the distribution mode.
You can now define the characteristics of the convocation.

The publication of the convocation on the Students Webspace is only possible if all the students have been assigned a running time.
Validate.
The course is displayed:
- with the icon , if the generation was successful;
- with the icon , if there are too many students for the duration of the course (you will need to remove students and/or extend the session and/or shorten the running time).
