Manually reconciling a user from the database
Reconcile a user in the database with his ADFS identifier
- Go to the tab Communication > Identity management >
Reconciliation of the identities. - Select ADFS in the first drop-down menu.
- Select the user type from the second drop-down menu.
- Select the presence of users in the third drop-down menu.
- Reduce the list by ticking Only those not reconciled.
- Double-click in the column Partner username.
- In the pop-up window, enter the username and validate.
Reconcile a user in the database with his CAS identifier
- Go to the tab Communication > Identity management > Reconciliation of the identities.
- Select CAS in the first drop-down menu.
- Select the user type from the second drop-down menu.
- Select the presence of users in the third drop-down menu.
- Reduce the list by ticking Only those not reconciled.
- Double-click in the column Partner username.
- In the pop-up window, enter the username and validate.
