Define a competence evaluation scale
You can define the competence evaluation scale, add or remove levels (except protected levels), and choose which ones to allow in your evaluations.
- Go to Parameters > Other modules > Competencies.
- Select the levels to allow and tick their box in the column Active to make them available for evaluation.
- Define the number of points associated with each level. If the custom values result in inconsistency in the scale, a warning message will automatically appear. For example, if you try to activate level A+ when its number of points is lower than that of level A.
- Double-click on the boxes Code and Level to customize them if necessary.
You can also replace the colored dots with letters.
