An evaluation of competencies for a student can be conducted by:

the teachers: of the curriculum subjects, the tutor of the internship or work-study program, the teacher in charge of internships or work-study programs, the class coordinator,
the counselors/internship tutor/work-study
the student in self-evaluation.

Go to the display Competencies > Reference frames > Implementation of competencies.
To select who may comment or enter an appraisal per block, tick the corresponding box in the menu Commentary and appraisal per block.

To choose which teacher can evaluate the student:
- Tick the competence that can be evaluated (or for all competencies, tick the box in the column heading).
- Double-click in the column Teachers for a block of competencies or use a right-click > Evaluations of the studies > Teachers... after multi-selection of several competence blocks. In the pop-up window, tick to select the type of teacher authorized to evaluate, click on the button to select the concerned subjects.

To authorize the internship counselors or students to enter an evaluation, tick the competence that can be evaluated (or for all competencies, tick the box in the column heading).
