  • Calculate the decisions for each competence

The decision for each competence is calculated on the basis of all the teaching evaluations (global positioning even if it is not displayed on the statement) and all the in-company evaluations (average if there are several internships or work-studies) with the same weighting.
  1. Go to the tab Competencies > Periodic statement >  Periodic competence statement.
  2. Click on the button in the column Decisions.

  1. In the pop-up window, choose whether or not to keep the already determined positionings and then validate.
  2. HYPERPLANNING establishes the decision by averaging the positionings according to the point values configured for each proficiency level.

  3. You can cancel an automatic decision by double-clicking in the corresponding box and choosing No decision.
The calculation of the decision forces the calculation of the global and in-company positioning of the studies if they have not been carried out.
