  • Create the reference frames

HYPERPLANNING allows you to evaluate students by competence. In order to do this, you will have to create a competence reference frame which can be the official reference frame for the certification of the diploma or a reference frame specific to your school.
  1. Go to the display Competencies > Reference frames > List of competence reference frames.
  2. In the left menu, click on the line New to create a new reference frame.
  3. Enter the designation of the reference frame and validate with the key Enter on your keyboard.
  4. In the pop-up window, indicate whether the reference frame comes from the RNCP (Répertoire National des Certifications Professionnelles) or the RS (Répertoire spécifique) or if it is specific to your school (Other).

  1. Double-click in the column Training program to associate the reference frame with a training program.

  1. Select the training program and click on the button Validate.

    If the training program is not yet created, you can create it in the menu Parameters > Other data > Training programs.
  2. Select the reference frame and click on the line New to create a block of competencies.
  3. Enter the title of the block and confirm with the key Enter, repeat the operation to create all the competence blocks of the reference frame.

  1. If the competence reference frame is organized in 3 levels (Block/Competencies/Items) click on the button and tick Manage competence items.

  1. Click on the button in front of the title of the block of competencies.
  2. Indicate the designation of the competence in the line that appears and validate with the key Enter, repeat the operation to create all the competencies of the block. Validate the list by clicking twice on the key Enter.
