How to find a free room for a given date and time slot?
- Go to the tab Rooms > Free rooms.
- On the slider, select the week(s) when you need the room.
- Refine your search if necessary:
- by specifying the duration of the room's availability,
- by entering the number of students that the room should be able to accommodate,
- by selecting the location of the room,
- by ticking the option Ignore all the rooms having ongoing reservation requests.
- Click on the button Launch the search.
- The number of available rooms is indicated on each slot: click on one of them to display the rooms in question. A click on the button
of a room will switch you to the room's schedule.
