Consult the timetable
Display the timetable for one week
- Go to Students / Classes / Teachers > Timetable.
- In the first drop-down menu, select a display in a grid.
- Highlight the wanted week on the slider: weeks with classes are underlined. Clicking on a course displays the details of the class meetings in a floating window and colors the weeks when the class takes place on the slider.
Display the timetable over several weeks
- Go to Students / Classes / Teachers > Timetable.
- In the first drop-down menu, select a display in a schedule.
- Highlight the wanted weeks on the slider by clicking and dragging if the weeks are consecutive, or by holding the key[Ctrl]pressed if the weeks to be displayed are not contiguous. Clicking on a course displays the details of the class meetings in a floating window and colors the weeks when the course takes place on the slider.
Display the list of courses
- Go to Students / Classes / Teachers > Timetable.
- In the first drop-down menu, select a display in a list.
- Click and drag on the weeks to display on the slider: weeks that include courses are underlined.
Display the timetables of multiple resources simultaneously
- Go to Students / Classes / Teachers > Timetable.
- n the first drop-down menu, select a display in a general schedule.
- Select resources from the drop-down menu by ticking them.
- Highlight the wanted weeks on the slider by clicking and dragging if the weeks are consecutive, or by holding the key [Ctrl] pressed if the weeks to be displayed are not contiguous.
- To display/hide canceled courses, click the button
at the top right. - It is also possible to choose the days and times to display from the button
. - Clicking on a course resource (room, teachers, etc.) takes you to the timetable for that resource.
- To enlarge the courses on the screen, click on the button
, in the pop-up window, lower the maximum number of time sequences. - To display the list of students in the selected course, click on the button
at the top right.
