Create an internship follow-up
- Go to the tab Student follow-up > Follow-up form.
- If you are following more than one student, select the appropriate student from the drop-down menu at the top left.
- Click on Follow-up in the left menu, then click on the button New Follow-up.
- In the pop-up window, you can:
- modify the current date, if necessary;
- enter a time. Tick Display the follow-up time, then indicate the time.
- indicate the type of event (phone call, mail, company visit, etc.);
- specify the location;
- add an attachment;
- enter a comment;
- choose to publish the follow-up on the Parents and Students Webspaces.
- Click on the button Validate.
