Modify/recover your PIN code
Modify your PIN code
- Go to the tab Personal information > Account.
- In the left-hand menu, click on Protecting the account.
- In the rubric Strengthened security, click on the button Modify my PIN code.
- In the pop-up window, use the numeric keypad to enter your current PIN code, then click on the button Validate.
- Enter a new PIN code and confirm. Click on the button Validate each time.
Recover your PIN code
If you forget your PIN code, you can reset it yourself without having to ask the administrator. However, PIN recovery is subject to authorization. If this is not possible, please contact the HYPERPLANNING administrator at your institution to request this right.

- In the PIN code entry window, click on the button Reset my PIN code.
- A window tells you that a reset code has been e-mailed to you. Click on Close.
- After reading the e-mail Resetting code for your PIN code in your mailbox, use the numeric keypad to enter the 6-digit code you received.
- Once the reset code has been entered, set the new PIN code: use the numeric keypad to enter, then confirm the code by clicking on the button Validate each time.
- So that you don't have to enter your PIN code again and again, and avoid forgetting it, register your device, and click on the button Validate.
